Commissions must be placed via Kofi for my bookkeeping purposes.

I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours via Kofi's messenger system if I have any questions regarding a request. This is also where I will send commission files!

Clients are strongly encouraged to provide reference images. However, some commissions may be denied if they are vaguely worded / do not provide much detail.

Orders will be completed in order of payment received.

Submissions to the request form are subject for approval. Requests may be accepted or denied at my own discretion.

Once a commission has been approved, I will begin when payment has been received and it is next in the queue.

Turnaround time depends on complexity and / or amount of the items ordered as well as number of commissions currently in the queue. This can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to two months.

For complex orders I will show you the initial sketch and make it available for revisions ONCE. I will show you the near final copy after this step for any small tweaks / edits for no extra cost.

This is NOT available for sketch or chibi commissions.

If you would like any major lengthy revisions or a completely new design, I reserve the right to ask you to pay an editing fee on top of the commission.

Payments are through Kofi ONLY. Prices will be in USD.

I will not begin a commission until payment has been received.

Tipping is not mandatory but super appreciated.

I do not do refunds once your commission has begun. This is non-negotiable and you agree to this once you have submitted a commission request.

If you have paid, and I have not started your commission yet, I’m fine with refunding you. Please contact me ASAP if something comes up so I can assist you in a timely manner.

Typical turnaround time is anywhere from a few days to upwards of two months. Time for completion is dependent on a few factors:

Complexity of request

Amount of remaining commissions in queue ahead of a request

Revisions needed to complete a request

Commissions by default have no set deadline. See above the turnaround time for standard commissions.

Sometimes life comes up or I might get sick. I will reach out to all commissioners in queue if this may get in the way of completing any commissions in a timely manner.

No generative artificial intelligence (AI) was used in the creation of Lunaomi's works. Lunaomi expressly prohibits ANY entity from using Lunaomi's personal or commissioned work for purposes of training AI technologies to generate or alter images, including without limitation technologies that are capable of generating artwork in the same style as this creator. Lunaomi reserves all rights to license use of this artwork for generative AI training and development of machine learning models.

Unless we negotiate a separate commercial fee, you may not use the artwork I create for you for merchandising, as I (Lunaomi) own the rights to the commission.

Feel free to use your commission for avatars, wallpapers, graphics, etc.

If you would like to use your commission for a physical copy (prints, stickers, a coffee mug, etc) you may do so long as it is not being mass produced for profit.

You do not have to credit me, but it’s always appreciated. Feel free to list my Twitch or Kick channel.

You may not edit, change, use my art in any kind of AI, or manipulate my artwork in any way unless stated otherwise. You may not claim that you are the creator of the art / graphics nor edit my assets into your own creations (tracing etc). Please reach out to me if you would like something changed, but this may be at an additional cost.

If I find out you have changed something without my permission or utilized my artwork in any form of AI, you will be banned from commissioning myself again.

Rush ordering is available for 50% of commission base price added on top. These take priority but will be completed in order of payment received.

You have the option to pay half upfront for the original sketch. Upon completion, you must pay the remaining amount before I continue the commission. Please indicate this to me when I reach out to you!

Rush orders must be placed at least 5 business days in advance. Cost of making your commission a priority is half of the commission total on top of the original price.

EX: One emote ($25 USD base) with a rush order would cost $37.50

These take priority but will be completed in order of payment received.

Unless a deadline is set (via rush ordering), commissions by default have no set deadline. See above the turnaround time for standard commissions.
